These are tools scientifically-proven to reduce anxiety, depression, sleep issues and even chronic pain.


Together, we will discover the strengths you already have within you for healing, growth and change.


Then we'll build on those strengths by exploring positive new ways of thinking and being in the world. 

In my practice, I utilize solution-focused, integrative therapies. This means I look at all the factors that may be contributing to your struggles.


While I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness therapies, my approach is flexible and tailored to what will work best for you.
