​For over 20 years, I have been helping people find relief from insomnia, stress, anxiety, pain, and fatigue. I utilize a holistic approach to meet the unique needs of all my clients. I hold a master's degree in social work from Loyola University and a master's degree in occupational therapy from Rush University Medical Center. I am a certified cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia practitioner and also have certifications in biofeedback, health coaching, personal training, and behavior change. I take pride in taking the time to understand what each client needs in order to reach their unique goals.
