How does it work?


Sleep Well, Be Well is 10-week in person or online program. Sleep Well, Be Well™ provides you everything you need to create optimal brain-body chemistry to easily fall asleep and stay asleep each night. You will get step-by-step guidelines to make simple lifestyle changes necessary for quality sleep. What's more you will recieve personalized coaching to help you get there.




How is the program delivered?


The program is delivered with live or online coaching and support, furthered through an online portal providing you everything you need to succeed.




What do I get?


You will be walked through 6 modules that cover every little detail and nuance you need to be successful in overcoming your insomnia. You’ll know exactly what to do and not to do each week to reach your goals. In addition to the training modules, you also get a thorough evaluation of your sleep challenges and weekly email feedback to keep you on track towards your goals.




What do I need?


You will need a smart phone or tablet with IOS or android operating system to download the biofeedback application. You will also need a reliable internet connection to access the online portal.




What results can I expect?


It’s impossible to guarantee any specific result due to the fact that everyone is unique and the success of the program lies in the follow through of the information provided.
