Learn how Sleep Well, Be Well™ came to be...
After struggling with my own insomnia for years, I decided to do a deep dive into the research and figure out how to fix my sleep issues once and for all.
I spent more than a year reviewing studies on insomnia and analyzing the recommendations of both traditional and holistic sleep experts.
By the end of that year, I had learned the root causes of insomnia and which treatments are most effective. And I was able to overcome my insomnia naturally, without sleep medications.
I then applied what I learned to help my clients who were struggling with insomnia, and it worked for them, too!
I created a personalized sleep coaching program to help other people overcome their insomnia. While the program was very effective, I realized that many people could not afford $3,200 for in-person coaching sessions. So I decided to take my program online and make it accessible to more people.
Today, I'm excited to share my proven sleep program with you in its most affordable and convenient format. Now you can use this program anytime and anywhere to overcome your insomnia—and still get personalized feedback from me.
A little bit about me professionally:
For over 20 years, I have been helping people find relief from insomnia, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and pain. I use a holistic approach to meet the unique needs of my clients. I hold a master's degree in social work from Loyola University and a master's degree in occupational therapy from Rush University. I am a certified cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia practitioner and also have certifications in biofeedback, health coaching, personal training, and
behavior change. I take pride in taking the time to understand what each client needs in order to reach their unique goals.
